This strategy is designed to assist individuals in viewing external and internal reality with heart-mind wisdom. Through the Mirror Effect, Audrey guides her clients in learning to use external reality to create awareness of and transform internal reality, to grow and design their lives as they choose it, and to reflect their life’s purpose in all that they do.

Audrey creates an environment of authenticity, acceptance, and empathy to offer a safe space for others to see themselves more clearly, recognize their unique self, and open to expressing their unique value into the world with certainty and vision.
